Continuing the Toddler Dress

Hello!

I have knit a few more rows since the last post. I am actually ready to start the decrease. 
Since I cast on the wrong amount of stitches I had to figure out how to do the decrease with the number of stitches I have. 
The pattern calls for:

Knit 10 (12, 14) rounds
Next round: *knit 2tog knit 12 (14, 16) place marker* rep from * to*
Knit 10 (12, 14) rounds
Next round: *knit 2tog knit to marker* rep from* to*
Rep last 2 lines total 3 (3, 4) times (total 100 (120, 140) sts on needles) 

I would have had to knit 16 after knitting 2 together, but now I have to knit 15 instead.
